The fully personalised Star Memorial is perfect for display in a special place in your home. It features your beloved pet's photo set above their custom-written eulogy and presented on a starry background. It comes to you matted, framed (40x30cm) and ready to hang, with your 21x29cm print. It is suitable for any sort of pet, no matter whether cat, dog, rat, lizard, horse,...: what matters most is the memories you have of your beloved.
To create your pet's eulogy, I will be interviewing you for your most precious memories of your pet. The interview takes about half an hour and is done over the phone, either by standard mobile, or apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime and FaceBook Messenger. Please let me know if you would prefer to email me your own notes rather than be interviewed and I will email you my standard questionnaire to get you started.
For the photo, please supply a high-res jpeg (300 Dpi) or better yet, a selection of jpeg files for me to choose from.
Your pet's eulogy and photo will be presented in a frame made from sustainably sourced Australian plantation timber and is available in natural wood, black, or white. A lightweight high-grade acrylic is used rather than glass to finish your memorial, for greater durability and safer travel to you.
The Star Memorial comes with a choice of backgrounds: gold stars on white (pictured), gold stars on pale green, or gold stars on pale pink, or multi-coloured stars in primary shades on white. The Star Memorial also comes with a choice of frames: black, natural, or white. Please specify your choices in your order. Don't worry about forgetting to make your selections: I will be in touch to confirm either way.
What happens next? After you place your order, I will be in touch to book your interview, to collect your pet's photos and discuss timelines. Once the interview has occurred, I will write your pet's eulogy. This can take a couple of weeks, and when I'm satisfied with my work, I will get in touch with you for your feedback and approval. Once I have your approval, I will create the A4 print and submit it to you for final approval before going to the printer and framer's.
