--Scarce first issue (only 23 examples on CGC census as of 9-3-23, with 11 graded higher).......CGC label reads  off white to white pages..The purple restored label is caused by the use of glue.......The plastic slab is in decent shape--no chips or cracks, but it has some scuffs or light scratches and exhibits some of the infamous "newton rings"...........
