--CGC label doesn't list any negative comments and reads off-white to white pages........The plastic slab is in nice shape--no chips or cracks or heavy scratches, though it has a few light scuffs......Comic has look of a 8.5 to 9.0 grade, but it has a staple pull of the bottom staple of the cover, thus the downgrade....Said staple issue is noted in the CGC grading notes.......... 

--For your protection, this comic has been slabbed and graded by the CGC experts in Florida -- universal slab in 6.5 grade  Fine+.......The universal slab implies the comic is complete and free of restoration...Any pictures you see of the pages etc were taken before getting the comic slabbed..
