There is a 1/2" tear at the rear left top edge, plus a 3/8" band of foxing along the front lower edge -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, folds, indentations, lesser tears, rub-wear, browning pages, soiling, etc -- spine shows slight lean to right, with NO top bottom spine crease -- overall condition Good Minus
