You are buying 2 Cornus kousa Dogwood Trees, 12-18" tall in quart pots. Dogwood trees are widely known for their beauty, and the Kousa variety adds a toughness that makes this species an excellent choice for home landscapes and urban areas. The late spring blooms are probably the trees largest selling point-and its most understood. The white "petals" are not actually petals at all. They are modified leaves called bracts that surround the small greenish yellow flowers.
