The suit comes as shown in the photos and in good pre-owned condition. The coat is EXTRA LONG and has a 7 button front. The buttons are hidden when closed and they are cloth covered to match the coat. The measurements on this are as follows. The coat which I believe is more like an overcoat is marked as a 46L. I measure the coat as 50" at the chest, 49" length, 21.5" seam to seam shoulders and 26" sleeves. The pants are marked 41L and measure 41 at the waist, 32" at the inseam. The waist to cuff measurement is 45.5". The waist to crotch measurement is 15". The pants have buttons in the waist band for a pair of suspenders (NOT INCLUDED). I show myself wearing the coat in the photos and I wear a 44R. Granted I am short and stocky but just look how this coat fits on me and it is marked as a 46L. I mention this so that you may better understand the size of this coat. I would go more by the listed measurements on this one. Ships insured.
