This was a direct purchase from Bissell and was never used. It is still new in the box. We didn't take it out but you can see the product on the website. The instructions only had the basic picture of it on the front.

Two-Tank Technology keeps clean water and formula separate from the dirty water, so, unlike mopping, only fresh formula and water touches your floors. A combination of the Dual-Action Brush Roll (that rotates at 3000 RPM) and innovative multi-surface cleaning solution means CrossWave® multi-surface cleaner performs better than a sponge.
