This beautiful watercolor by who we believe to be listed artist Henri Pierre Fortier is in very good condition, offered in its original mat but unframed. It measures 15.5" x 10.5" image size, 23.5 x 20.5" overal mat size. The watercolor which looks to be painted au plein depicts a maritime scene with boats and harbor. It is signed Pierre Fortier very clearly at the right hand lower edge of the painting.
