A PLATE BY RALPH HALL - "PLAINS HILL SURREY" c1820

This beautiful plate dates to ca1820 and is in very good condition, with minimal light signs of usage. It is free from chips and blemished and measures 10" in diameter. A very fine piece with an interesting history.
