• According to our research, this occurred on Feb. 16, 1930, and C. Herrick Hammond, President of the American Institute of Architects, addressed the attendees
• Attendees included Palos Verdes landowner Frank Vanderlip, pioneer resident and activist Romayne Martin, first Art Jury president Myron Hunt and renowned landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted Jr.
• Found at a local Palos Verdes estate sale, we are not sure if this dates to 1930 or was printed a little later, but it is an old print on an old matte
• Measures about 8-1/4" by 9-1/4" including the matte
• Pre-owned, good condition
• We store our items in a smoke free warehouse
