I am not a musician, but instrument appears to be in good working condition. None of the keys are binding when tested. Cord does not look or feel particularly dried out. There is some light wear from use, but there are no major damages to any of the components. All of the wood seems to have kept its original color quite well. Mouthpiece shows the most wear of all the pieces. I am not aware if any work has been done to replace or restore any components.

Includes over 20 reeds in protective cases. Comes in a nice Buffet Crampon case.
