This piece has a heat ring bottom and Nice surfaces. Older cast iron like this pan will have signs of age and use. This pan can be used now but many people prefer to season them to their preference it's easy and really only needed one time. This pan is seasoned with Avocado oil. No cracks or wobble nice surfaces overall.
