This is like new, used only a few times and it was so much better than our regular shower sprayer - you put your favorite shampoo in the clear part (that says PawSpa) and it gently comes out with the water. Not a harsh spray, easy to grip with your hand to run along the dog's skin and feels like a gentle massage for them.
