There is a 3/16" vertical tear at the rear lower spine edge, plus a 1-1/8" moisture stain at the front right lower edge, plus moisture stains along the lower page corner edges plus the lower side edge pages -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, folds, lesser tears, indentations, browning pages, rub-wear, soiling, etc -- spine shows slight lean to the right, with slight bowing, but NO top to bottom crease BUT publisher glue bubbles -- overall condition Good Minus
