This is a vintage pair of Jeannette Glass Iris and Herringbone Depression Glass double Candle Holders.  The center is fan shaped and features an iris, the base has a frosted herringbone design with 4 irises.  I cannot fine a mark on either piece and identified them using web searches.  Jeannette Glass of Jeannette, PA began producing bottles in 1887 and beautiful table and kitchenware by 1924.  The Iris pattern was produced between 1928 and 1932 in crystal, Iridescent hues in the 1950s and multi-color in the 1970s.  This pair belonged to my mother and I've seen them around for 50 years.  I don't know when or where she acquired them.  Each candlestick is in great shape, free from breaks or cracks with the exception of one holder having a chip on the candle holder lip.  (Its difficult to see unless its closely inspected.  See photos)  The pair measures about 5.25" tall and 6" long.
