This hair clip/pin was featured in the August 2015 Loot Crate Level Up Accessories Crate. It's still in the packaging it came in and hasn't been worn. Pink and green with Poison Ivy illustrations on it, on the back are both a clip for wearing in your hair, and a pin for attaching to clothing or accessories. Perhaps it could be worn as a bowtie?
