We Ship With UPS for ALL packages and the US Postal Service for small packages only. Once your item has been shipped the tracking number for UPS will be shown on the Order Details page.

We Ship Quickly: We normally ship items within 2-3 Business Days of cleared payment, as shown in the shipping details of this sale. The time transit time to you is dependent on the distance from our warehouse in NJ to you. However, large, fragile, or unboxed items requiring special packaging can take 3-4 Business Days for proper packaging.

Expedited Shipping Available: Most of our orders are shipping out within 2 to 3 days of payment, but if you NEED To Have your item Shipped ASAP in 1 day, we offer an Expedite Service for a fee of $10.00. Contact us and send the addtional $10.00 with your payment, and we will ship the next business day once payment has cleared (if Special Packaging is not required). Buyer must contact or call us to request this service.

Shipping & Handling: Please refer to the shipping cost at the top of the auction below the Bid Price. The price is calculated based on your zip code, and the weight and size of the item. We offer a great shipping rate because we pass along our Discounted Shipping Rates, and include only a small fee to partially cover the cost of proper packaging materials.

Combined Shipping: We offer a combined shipping discount on items that can be shipped together in one box, and that are purchased and paid within 5 days of each other. The items are combined and the discount is automatically applied during checkout.

If free shipping is included for an item, we will choose the carrier, at our discretion. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any US islands are NOT eligible for free shipping.

We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii ONLY - No International Bidders, Payments, or Shipping.

Buyers must complete checkout and send payment, or contact us about delayed payments, within 3 days of auction end.

NJ Sales Tax: As a NJ company, we must charge sales tax on all items being shipped to NJ or picked up at our location. Sales tax is calculated on the Total Price, Including Shipping and Handling as required by the sales tax laws

If there is a problem with your item, We Will Take Care of It: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described above, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at No Cost To You. We will work with you to arrange for repair or replacement if possible, We will issue a return label if return is needed, We will file a shipping damage claim, or We will offer fair compensation if it is agreeable to you. You will receive a Full Refund of your original payment for items that are returned, within 3 business days of our receipt.

If You Decide to Return it, That's OK: If you changed your mind, don't like the item, ordered the wrong product, etc., you can return the item to us. Returned items need to be in the original condition, with all packaging and accessories. We also require you to cover all original and return shipping costs and a small 15% (minimum $15) restock fee.

NOTE: Any item listed in "AS IS" condition and states "NO RETURNS" is not included in the above return policy. Any item listed as such can not be returned for any reason.

If You Need To Cancel Before Shipment: We allow for mutual cancellation of a purchase, upon receipt of a $15.00 restocking fee. The fee covers lost time and processing costs.

Unpaid Items: The bidder is LEGALLY responsible to pay for the item that they bid on as per's bidding terms. automatically files non-paying bidder alerts for any item that is not paid within 4 days of auction end. If you need more time to pay, please email us and we will let you know if we can extend the time. Non-payment will result in a PERMANENT non-payer mark on the bidder's account.
