GROWING RECOMMENDATIONS:
1.  Seeds need a Warm-Cold-Warm cycle to germinate. Warm-stratify 60 days in a bag w/moist seed-starting mix. Keep soil moist, but not soggy. Then cold-stratify 60 days in the fridge/cold-frame with fresh seed-starting mix. 
2.  Sow seeds 3/4" deep in pots with fresh seed-starting mix. Place in warm indirect sunlight and keep soil moist. Germination should occur in 4-6 weeks.
3.  Resize into bigger pots as needed and transplant in permanent location once well-established after last frost. Protect during the first few winters.
