These are spinner blades that are a  painted tan with a black dot ..  I got these unmarked, by using a sizing chart this looks to be a size 4   The length from tip to bottom is 1 2/8 long.  At the widest part it is 7/8 wide. They have 16 to a bag.  Great for making custom lures.
