Washing Note: Don't use the abrasive brush to clean the pan.
Avoid Soaking the pan in water for carbon steel baking pan when cleaning. It will shorten the life of baking pan if you soak the pan in water.
How to maintain:
Brush butter or oil on the surface of the pan, then put into oven in 300 degree Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Then wipe with tissue paper ,Then you can bake normally.
