Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) is a nice compliment to any herb garden and is part of the mint family. The plants produced will be up to 2' tall with bright blue to violet flowers. Hyssop will attract bees and butterflies and is known to be a beekeeper's favorite because it results in rich and aromatic honey. It's known to be used in salads and soups and has medicinal qualities as well. Used as a gargle to sooth a sore throat
