White Wonder Cucumber (Cucumis sativus) is a short vining, very unique Ivory colored cucumber. Introduced in 1893 as White Wonder by Burpee, it's also been known as Ivory King, Albino, Jack Frost, Landreth's White Slicing. Best to harvest this one young at around 5-6" to avoid bitterness. Great for salads and pickling. Very pretty in the garden with it's dark green foliage as contrast
