INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut around your decal and soak it for about 30 seconds. Use a pair of tweezers to separate the decal from the white paper base and apply to your nail. Once dry, apply a clear topcoat on the decal to seal it and to give it a natural finish and prevent peeling.
