The glue has dried up along the rear spine edge, so both front & rear covers are hanging to the book ONLY by the glue at the front inside spine edge -- otherwise wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, indentations, browning pages, rub-wear, foxing & soiling -- spine shows NO lean, with slight bowing, & 1 faint top to bottom spine crease -- overall condition Fair Plus
