Savant Speedfuge Microcentrifuge Centrifuge SFA13K w Rotor.  Please see that the lid hinge bolts have been replaced.  Sometimes you have to fiddle with the lid to get the Open light to go off.  You may be able to replace these with a closer fit bolt to fix this.
