HP 54110D 1 Ghz Digitizing 2 Channel Oscilloscope w Plug Ins 54002A, 54003A.  This unit does power on and the display powers but I could not get anything to come up on it.  I tried pressing all the buttons but nothing came up on the screen.  I do not know if there is something wrong with it or if I do not know how to operate it.  Please see photos for physical condition.
