Scientific Industries SI Vortex Genie 2 Mixer Model G-560.  Please see this is missing the knob on the front but the switch can still be turned.  This item does not turn on solely with the switch.  It will start to work if you shake it a bit to get it going and then it will run fine.  I am selling it as non working but I think a little cleaning and oiling will help it to run fine.
