VWR Analog Rocker Platform Shaker Cat No: 10127-872 - Parts Only.  This item powers on and a red light flashes.  Nothing moves and nothing responds other than the light flashing.  The screws have been removed from the bottom and at the bare minimum the belt is broken.  I do not know if there is more wrong other than the belt.  See photos.  Sold as is for parts only.
