Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no holes, tears or unraveling threads. However, there are black stains in the INSIDE of the shoulder area. This has not been stain treated, but has been washed with an Oxi-clean type detergent on gentle. I don't know if maybe this is from how it was hung in the past. It does not rub off & is hidden if course. Smoke free environment.

Otherwise, this is a very pretty trench coat in a tan & cream Tiger print. This is a button-up with a full belt. There are 2 slash pockets on the sides & a slit in the back to help with movement. This is an XS. Shoulder to shoulder measures 16.5" x 20" pit to pit x 30" shoulder to hem.
