Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no holes, tears or stains. There is a manufacturer's blemish on the leather trim on one of the arms where some of the material has gotten sewed into the stitching which is shown in last picture. Smoke free environment.

This is a very nice acrylic wool blend vest with a mix of Sherpa & faux fur with a faux leather trim. This Cascades down the front & is great dressed up or down. Pit to pit measures 27" x shoulder to hem measures 36".
