Composition:

One tablet contains: Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 500 mcg
Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, natural cherry flavor, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Does not contain: Artificial colors, preservatives, sweeteners, sugar, wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, eggs, shellfish, fish, salt, nuts or GMOs.

Dosage:

For adults over 18: Take Vitamin 12 1-2 tablets daily. Sublingual tablets are placed under the tongue until they are completely dissolved.
