There is a 3/8" vertical tear at the rear lower spine edge, & a 1/16" vertical tear at the front lower spine edge - plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, indentations, lesser tears, browning pages , rub-wear, foxing & soiling, etc -- spine shows NO lean, with slight bowing. with 1 top to bottom spine crease plus 3 side-to-side creases plus 2 partials -- overall condition Good Minus
