Condition:  This is in very nice condition.  On the backside last owner taped the COA to the backside, I removed the tape and the tape left residue.   I will leave that for the next owner to decide if they want to remove or re tape to keep the COA firmly attached to the frame. 

 

Measurements:  The plate ils 6 3/4 inches in diameter, the frame is 10 7/8 in X 10 7/8 inches square.
