- Items are ready to ship within 5 business days (usually sooner)

RETURN/REFUND
- We do not offer returns because all the items are handmade and made to order.
- Return packages internationally is not easy and not worth your hassle.
- If your package arrives damaged, we advise you to take photos of proof and report it to the local shipping company who took care of your package delivery. They will handle this issue for you.
- If your package is lost during transit, please let us know. We will verify the last status of the package and try to retrieve it. If the package is proved to be truly lost during transit, we will work with the shipping company and resolve it for you with a refund.
