All items will be shipped in a few working days from the order.

We offer two shipping options:

• Unregistered ECONOMY letter or parcel

• Registered PRIORITY letter or parcel.

Economy shipping usually takes about 6 - 16 working days to Europe and about 11 - 23 working days to the rest of the world. Priority shipping takes usually about 3 - 7 working days to Europe and about 5 - 14 working days to the rest of the world.

These are just estimated times and they do not include the customs clearance time. An Economy letter to the US can arrive after one or even two months. So please be patient.

Combined shipping:

We offer discounts on combined shipping. Please see the the Postal Cost table. For example a Arabia mug weighs about 500 grams each, so 1 mug = 500g, 2 mugs 1000g etc.

The shiping discounts are calculated automatically. You pay the normal shipping cost for your first item only. Any further items will automatically get a -50% discount of the shipping cost. The correct shipping price will be calculated in your cart when adding items.

Please contact us if you are unsure of the real shipping cost so that we can check the correct discount. Buy two or more items for a total of over 300$ and we will ship for FREE.

Payment Policy:

We accept Paypal payments only. We send only to the address given to Paypal and.

Payment is expected within 3 days once the auction ended, an unpaid item dispute will be filed if payment is not received in 1 week. If you need time with the payment or have problems, please contact us

Return Policy:

We accept all return of unused items in original boxes. Please make sure to read the item description carefully to avoid unnecessary returns, such as wrong region code on a DVD.
