This is a pair of Hot Wheels Light Speeder Hyperlites and a pair of matching cars. The lights take 2 "C" batteries each and both lights do work, however the charging port on top doesn't show any voltage on a multi-meter. I could possibly be doing something wrong as I don't have the instructions. The cars do not charge and show some wear and battery leakage. The cars have small Sanyo batteries that could possibly be replaced (they are soldered in). Due to all the issues these are being sold as-is. I also have some of the track for these cars that I will be posting separately.
