Item Condition:  This is an oversized Easton Press leatherbound hardcover, sealed. The seal is beginning to open and there are some flaws to the gilt page edging. The corners and spine are bumped, and the bottom outer corners are cracked (see photo #7).

Dimensions are approx:  11" x 8.25" x 1"
