| Installation and maintenance | ||||||||||||
| 1.The foundation should be laid before the vibration table is installed (Use level ruler ) , | ||||||||||||
| according to the position of the bottom frame bolt hole fixed bolts, fixed bolts must be | ||||||||||||
| tightened and fixed. | ||||||||||||
| 2.When the vibration table is installed and the machine is debugged, start the machine | ||||||||||||

| 3-5 minutes and then stop.All fixed bolts shall be inspected and tightened before use if | ||||||||||||
| loose. | ||||||||||||
| 3.The concrete products should be stabilized on the vibration table during the process of | ||||||||||||
| vibration. The required vibration-compacted products should be placed symmetrically | ||||||||||||
| with the vibration table to balance the load. The fastening device of vibration- | ||||||||||||
| compacted products can be designed and allocated by users according to their own | ||||||||||||
| needs. | ||||||||||||
| 4.The bearing of the vibrator should be checked frequently and cleaned regularly to | ||||||||||||
| replace the lubricating oil. Keep the bearing well lubricated and prolong the service life | ||||||||||||
| of the vibrator. | ||||||||||||
