This is a partially used roll of Chinese wrapping paper. Origin unknown, but a friend told me it was used in a restaurant or market of some kind. Close up of language in photograph for translation.
It is very thin, gold cellophane. Unknown how complete, but approximately 1/2" remaining as shown in end view photo.
Condition is obviously unused, but the leading few inches has some wear. The center of the roll is also creased. I don't know how far in this goes, maybe entire roll.
