  • Micron ratings are nominal. Installation and housing design can affect performance. This filter will not remove cysts, bacterium, or viruses.
  • Caution! For drinking water applications do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit. This cartridge will not remove chemicals or disinfect water.

  • Your shipment will originate from a warehouse nearest to your location if possible. Most items are shipped FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

  • If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us. If the shipping company has left before you realize the package is damaged, contact us immediately. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
  • All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If the buyer provides an incorrect address or refuses delivery, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from any monies refunded.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon your receipt of said package. If there is obvious visible damage to the package, please document it with a photo or video if possible. These images will be requested to help settle any claim with the carrier.

Please provide the order number, the damaged or defective item, and your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number.

Keep the product until we notify you with instructions. If you return an damaged order directly to us, you may jeopardize our ability to settle claims with the carrier. If a damage claim is compromised because you (the customer) return all or part of a shipment, we may deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the order.


 

30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns on items that are in their original unused and or uninstalled condition.
To help us expedite your return please contact us for an RMA# and return instructions.

Any attempt to get around the return shipping by claiming "Item Not as Described or Defective" will be reported.
