I don't know how to grade records, but I'll do my best to describe and feel free to message me with questions. Sleeve has some folding at top, some rubbing and a couple very tiny creases. Record is very clean, a couple very light tiny scratches I can see on "Woman" side. Plays fine on my Marantz turntable.
