This is a factory original (OEM) overhead DVD LCD rear seat entertainment system for the vehicles listed below. It is a New Old Stock assembly line leftover. Never installed. This is the same exact unit you would have got if you went to the parts counter at your local Ford dealer and ordered it... 10+ years ago!! 
We do not accept returns on DVD systems so make sure you have done your research (or emailed us with application questions...and received an answer) before you purchase this.
This system includes a 90 day warranty.  Headphones are not included.  A remote is not included.  The cable to connect it to the radio is not included.  Mounting hardware is not included.  Instructions for assembly are not included.  This is meant for exact replacement only and you shouldn't be attempting installs if you're not qualified.

This system is exactly what the ad says it is.  Returns are not accepted for any reason other than functional defect.  No refunds, exchanges, upgrades, downgrades, credits, etc will be granted.   Make sure it is the correct unit for you BEFORE ordering.  This means matching your part number and/or emailing us with interchange/application questions. 

If you are attempting to add a DVD system to your vehicle, we cannot help you.  We are selling this for exact replacement only.  We are providing the part listed (and pictured) only.  No installation instructions, advice or hardware is included.

APPLICATIONS

**The early 2003 Navigator systems had a different plug that is not compatible.  If your current system has a part number starting in 2L7T, you cannot use this system.  We do have the older version in another listing though.  Please check your part number and plug.  A compatibility chart is just a starting point and is no substitute for common sense and basic research.  You are the only one who can determine which plug you have if you have a 2003 model.

  • Shipping cost is based on weight and zip code.  This site does the figuring, not us.  If you feel their calculation is high, you might be underestimating the package weight and/or current shipping costs from our zip code (62401) to yours.  Please don't ding us for shipping in the ratings, as we have no control over ever-increasing carrier rates.
  • We will enter a tracking number into your order details here on the site.  They will email it to you if your notification preferences are set correctly.
  • A signature is not typically required. If you are not home to receive the package, it will most likely be left at your door.  Please monitor it's progress and arrange to collect it when it arrives.
  • This site provides a section/tab in each ad for Shipping information.  We encourage you to check that section for prices, methods, time-frames, etc.
