Unopened/new vinyl, factory sealed, and in excellent condition. Shrink-wrap has come off on front at top right with some light scuffing to surface. Shrink has also loosened along opening edge from top to halfway down so some scuffing to back in that area. Slight discoloration front and back. Surface impression on front near top right. Some surface abrasion along top edge on front. Top edge shows wear and a small split at opening edge. (Not a cut-out.)
When Radio Was King provides a journey back into the golden days of yesteryear featuring Pinochio with Fanny Brice and the Screen Guild Players. The production was broadcast Thursday, Decxember 30, 1948 and features Brice's famous Baby Snooks character. Brice was an American comedian, illustrated song model, singer, and theater and film actress who made many stage, radio, and film appearances. She is known as the creator and star of the top-rated radio comedy series The Baby Snooks Show. Her life story was loosely adapted into the stage musical Funny Girl. Brice was famously portrayed by Barbra Streisand in both the original Broadway production of the musical and its 1968 film adaptation.
