This lightweight textured metal ashtray is advertising the H.H. Robertson Company in Connersville, Indiana with the company name and logo. I am not certain, but I believe the metal is a heavy aluminum. It's lightweight metal, but heavy for aluminum because it does not bend. A magnet will not stick to it. Perhaps it is made of the material that H.H. Robertson used to make flooring or roofing.

H. H. Robertson Company (aka H.H. Robertson and Design & Manufacturing) was an industrial building materials & construction manufacturer, located in Connersville, Indiana. What started as Porcelain Steel Corporation, became H.H. Robertson, but I cannot find when the company changed names. The plant closed its doors for good in 1987. This is a promotional piece from that factory.

This ash tray was in my grandma's possessions at her death. I know my grandparents lived in Connersville between 1940 and 1972, but neither one of them worked for H.H. Robertson, so I think this may have been a promotional item given by the Welcome Wagon when they moved to Connersville.

The textured aluminum metal ash tray is approximately 6-3/4" long x 4-3/4" wide x 3/8" tall.

Good Condition. Without close inspection it looks like it's in perfect condition, but if you look closely you can see a few light scratches. One such scratch is pointed to in one of the photos.
