BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE STOOL...probably originally used for sewing.  This is an old one.  

The underside is marked "ORIN S NEAL 1917"

Condition:  BEAUTIFUL CONDITION.  Only light signs of age and use.  No crack or chips in any wood areas.  The cloth may or may not be original.  Nice and strong stool with very little wobble.

It will be protected well and insured.
