This vintage Cutco ladle is #15, it does have two small spouts on each side. The stainless steel ladle does have some wear and scratches from use. The handle is a dark brown wood with lighter brown swirls in it. It is marked: Cutco No #15 Made in USA Stainless.

Overall length is approximately 12 inches, the wood handle is approximately 5 1/2 inches in length. It has a nice ergonomic feel to it when holding it. A great addition to any collection of vintage Cutco.
