Used.  See pictures.  Covers are gone.  "Cover pages" are dirty and creased and scuffed.  Most pages look lightly dirty, everything is legible.  According to the table of contents, Troubleshooting Guide and Maintenance Record section of the manual are also missing along with the cover.
