Warranty/Return Information
Player Services strives to provide quality material and service. We try to include accurate descriptions and images in each listing. We encourage bidders to contact us with an attached questions prior to placing a bid. Many of our items are backed by a 30 day right of return(from receiving the item) . Tampering will void any warranty.
If we can't fix it or replace it we will refund you money excluding all involved shipping costs involved (to buyer & from buyer) .
As some items are sold on consignment , notification within the warranty period that there is a problem with an attached your purchase will stop payment to the owner and your purchase can be made right. After the warranty period , payment will be made to the owner of the equipment and any rectification CANNOT BE MADE.
All international purchases are final. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
AS IS: Items sold "AS IS" and have no warranty or guarantee. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Auctions sold on an "AS IS" basis will have clear notations in the auction description. Shipping Policy: Player Services will ship worldwide (except restricted countries) We only use Fedex and USPS. Please note when shipping internationally using USPS , size restrictions of the package (country dependent) may apply to certain types of shipping and multiple packages will have to be used at an additional cost. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Player Services is not responsible for any customs delays. Under any circumstances , will always mark the price paid for for the item on the computer generated customs form. Please do not ask us to enter in a lower price . We will gladly combine shipping costs on multiple purchases if they can be shipped in the same box.
All insurance claims will be paid once the carriers insurance company pays the submitted claim. It will take work on both ends if a claim is to be made. Please do not throw away any packing material . A photo of any damage has to be submitted as this is part of the claims process. All submitted claims are subject to the carrier picking up any damaged item.
Payment: All payments must be received within 3 days or the item will be re-listed and will open a non paying bidder claim on our behalf.
