Ordering

Payment is due at time of purchase.

Orders that have been processed with our distributor cannot be changed or canceled. No exceptions.

Orders will be shipped to the address that is entered when checking out.

All items are in-stock at the time of listing.

If an item is back-ordered at our distributor, you will have the option to wait for delivery or request an immediate refund.
If an item sells out at our distributor, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days (from receipt of payment) and must have a pre-authorization. Please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items that are defective or damaged in transit will be promptly replaced or refunded, depending on item availability. Buyer pays the return shipping for non-defective items. Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only.
