For all PDF charts these are not instantaneously downloadable. The chart it will be sent to you as an attachment to an email. We always endeavour to send this out within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment. Please ensure that the email address on your PayPal payment is the correct address you wish us to send the chart to.

Please note the default count for sending PDF files is 14 count if you require 18 count please message me at time of purchase. Thank you.

RETURNS

We do not provide returns as these charts are produced digitally and once sent they are not able to be returned.

We ship to anywhere in the world and will combine purchases.

In addition we also dispatch our goods very quickly - normally same day if ordered by 10 am in the morning or within 1 working day if you are ordering charts with threads.

Please note we only ship/post on Monday - Friday and not over the weekends.

All orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be posted first thing on Monday
